Referrals

Togs aims to help eligible families by working with Local Authority and Third Sector organisations (charities and non profit orgs) 

Access to the service is via a referral process. 

Who can refer a child or family in need?

Someone in an official capacity to assess the needs of the child or family i.e: Health Visitor, Support Worker, Midwife etc.

A referral can also be made by someone who is in contact with the family but is not related or a 'friend; of the client. E.g. library staff or a toddler group leader.

How do I refer someone?

It is important that a referral form is completed in order that we can get the right details for individual children/families and to make sure we provide appropriate items. 

The form is in the form of a Google Document and can be found by clicking HERE and submitting online by clicking 'submit' at the bottom of the form.

You can select an emergency referral option that we endeavour to provide a 24 hour turnaround, but in general referrals can take up to two weeks to be completed.
